Paroon Chadha is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Passageways. In 2003 he co-founded Passageways along with longtime friend Christopher Beltran. He was named one of the top 10 Young Professionals Under 40 by Tippy Connect, Indiana. Mr. Chadha is a frequent speaker at conferences and is published widely by Inc. Magazine, Bank Systems and Technologies, Credit Union Times, and Bank Technology News. His previous experiences include consulting roles at Prudential Financial and sales and marketing roles at Wipro Ltd., a Mumbai-based conglomerate
Paroon serves on the Indiana University's Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center Board. He also serves on the Board of Youwecan, a non-profit for creating cancer awareness in India.
Mr. Chadha has an engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College and an MBA from Purdue University. He continues to teach entrepreneurship and mentor students at Purdue University.
A perfect day for Paroon and his wife Gauri would be to take Richard Branson and Tiger Woods out to a cricket game.
Gail Koehler joined Passageways as the Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Ms. Koehler is Vice President, Technology at PEFCU as well. She leads client care and implementation initiatives and also leads the administrative functions. She was instrumental in establishing Passageways right from the start and has overseen the operations since 2003.
A perfect day for Gail would be spent watching football games with her husband John, and ending the day at a casino with friends.
Anne Wertz is the Customer Support Manager at Passageways. She joined Passageways in February, 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist. After serving customers in that capacity, she joined the developer team as a QA Specialist. Her passion for Customer Service brought her back into Customer Support as a Manager. Ms. Wertz earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ball State University. She brings to Passageways over 5 years of programming experience and over 15 years of customer service experience.

Stephanie Scott is the Implementation Manager at Passageways. She joined Passageways with 10 years of customer service experience in multiple business sectors including legal and financial services. Since joining Passageways, she has worked with customers to implement over 70 portals and strategic projects. Ms. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University.
A perfect day for Stephanie would be to enjoy time with her family preferably at a Yankee’s game or on the beach.
