Paroon Chadha Co-founder and Vice President

Paroon Chadha is the Co-founder and Vice President of Business Development at Passageways. He co-founded Passageways in 2003 and continues to lead its business strategy. He was named one of the top 10 Young Professionals Under 40 by Tippy Connect, Indiana. Mr. Chadha is a frequent speaker at conferences and is published widely by Inc. Magazine, Bank Systems and Technologies, Credit Union Times, and Bank Technology News. His previous experiences include consulting roles at Prudential Financial and sales and marketing roles at Wipro Ltd., a Mumbai-based conglomerate.

Mr. Chadha has an engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College and an MBA from Purdue University. He continues to teach entrepreneurship and mentor students at Purdue University.

A perfect day for Paroon and wife Gauri would be to take Steve Jobs and Tiger Woods out to a cricket game.

Christopher Beltran Co-founder and Vice President

Christopher Beltran is the Co-founder and Vice President of Product Development and Research at Passageways. He is the product architect of Passageways and was involved in the conception and technical design of the Passageways Portal Framework. He was named one of the top 10 Young Professionals Under 40 by Tippy Connect, Indiana. Mr. Beltran serves as an entrepreneurship mentor at Purdue University's Entrepreneurship Academy and teaches a Capstone course in Entrepreneurship to graduating students at Purdue University. Mr. Beltran has been invited to be a guest speaker at Purdue University, National Financial Services Conferences, and Technical Conferences. He has previously consulted for credit unions and portal-based projects including Purdue University's IBM WebSphere-based portal implementation, and has considerable experience in Microsoft's .NET platform.

Mr. Beltran earned his Bachelor's from Purdue University and has been widely published by various technical and trade journals including Inc Magazine, Credit Union Times, and Bank Technology News.

A perfect day for Christopher would be breakfast with Joel Spolsky, lunch with Bill and Melinda Gates, and dinner with my family….a day full of passion.

Gail J. Koehler Chief Operating Officer

Gail Koehler joined Passageways as the Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Ms. Koehler is Vice President, Technology at PEFCU as well. She leads client care and implementation initiatives and also leads the administrative functions. She was instrumental in establishing Passageways right from the start and has overseen the operations since 2003.

A perfect day for Gail would be spent watching football games with her husband John, and ending the day at a casino with friends.

Anne Wertz Customer Support Manager

Anne Wertz is the Customer Support Manager at Passageways. She joined Passageways in February, 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist. After serving customers in that capacity, she joined the developer team as a QA Specialist. Her passion for Customer Service brought her back into Customer Support as a Manager. Ms. Wertz earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ball State University. She brings to Passageways over 5 years of programming experience and over 15 years of customer service experience.

A perfect day for Anne is a sunny hot day on the lake reading a good book.

Stephanie Scott Implementation Manager

Stephanie Scott is the Implementation Manager at Passageways. She joined Passageways with 10 years of customer service experience in multiple business sectors including legal and financial services. Since joining Passageways, she has worked with customers to implement over 70 portals and strategic projects. Ms. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University.

A perfect day for Stephanie would be to enjoy time with her family preferably at a Yankee’s game or on the beach.

Pankaj Yadava Vice President, Healthcare Business

Pankaj Yadava joined Passageways beginning of 2010 to lead the Healthcare business segment. With over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare companies, he brings an understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. Mr. Yadava has previously worked with GE Healthcare in Customer Loyalty as a Lean Six Sigma Expert and with Johnson & Johnson as a Sales and Marketing Manager. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

A perfect day for Pankaj is spent with friends playing Golf or Tennis, a discussion with Ratan Tata followed by a nice dinner with his wife.

Matt Magurany Lead Developer

Mr. Magurany manages the Platforms Team and is a Development Lead in the Product Development group at Passageways. He has been involved with much of the design and written code for many of the product releases in since early on in the company. He is responsible for creating and maintaining most of the internal systems that support the Development Group. Mr. Magurany earned his Bachelor’s from Purdue University in Computer Science.

A perfect day for Matt is fishing with his friends (and actually catching them) followed by a quiet evening at home with his wife.
